A Reportify Med service
Medical Aid Billing
Get paid in full, and on time, for the work you do
Billing that does not keep you up at night
Rejected claims, slow medical aid payments and unpaid patient portions quietly cost practices thousands every month. Chasing them takes time you should be spending with patients.
Reportify Med, our medical billing subsidiary, takes your medical aid billing off your hands. We submit, track and follow up every claim, and because we are part of the same group as your accountants, your collections flow straight into your books and tax planning.

Why billing and accounting belong together
Most practices use one company for billing and another for their books. With us, it is one group that understands your whole practice.
Collections flow into your books
Billing and bookkeeping are reconciled every month, without you passing reports between two providers.
Tax planning on real numbers
Your provisional tax and practice budgets are based on what you have actually collected.
One team for your practice
From your Inc. registration and BHF practice number to billing, payroll and tax, one group knows your practice inside out.

Common questions
How are your fees charged?
Our fees are linked to your practice's monthly collections, so we are paid when you are paid. You receive a clear written proposal before we start.
Can you help with claims that are already outstanding?
Yes. As part of onboarding, we review your outstanding and rejected claims and follow up on those that can still be recovered.
Do I need to be an EasyComply accounting client?
No, but practices that use both get the most value, because billing, bookkeeping and tax are all handled by one group.
How do I send you my billing information?
We agree on a simple, secure way to share patient and consultation details that suits how your practice works. Patient information is handled confidentially and in line with POPIA.
Which medical schemes do you bill?
We bill all the major South African medical schemes, as well as private patients who pay their own accounts.
Can you bill for my speciality?
We work with general practitioners and specialists. Speak to us about your speciality and we will confirm how we can help.
What billing system do you use?
We use established medical billing software. If your practice already has a system, we will advise during your assessment whether to keep it or move to ours.
How will I know where my claims stand?
You receive a monthly report on collections, outstanding claims and debtor ageing. You can also ask us about any claim or patient account at any time.
What if I want to stop the service?
You can end the service in line with the notice period in your agreement, and we will hand over your billing records so nothing is lost.
